Shipping Policy

Payments

All payments made on our website are full payments and not deposits or partial payments. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.

 

How long are shipping times?

Our shipping times take 2-4 weeks at the moment, and in rare cases delivery can take up to 60 days. Should you require expedited shipping, please email us at pengniao@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

 

Where are your products shipped from?

Currently all of our products are shipped out from China using China Post (e-Packet or EMS). A tracking number will be provided with you order. 

 

Do you ship to all countries?

YES, we ship to almost all countries. In some cases if there is a problem with shipping to you destination, we will contact you and issue a full refund if necessary. 

 

Can I track my order? 

Once your order ships you will receive an email that contains your tracking information. You will also receive status updates if your order status changes. 

 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is free to all countries. Some exceptions include giveaway items, and items labeled as "free" or priced at $0. Please see the checkout page after you are done shopping to find out for certain. 

 

Customs fees and import taxes?

Please be aware that you are responsible for knowing your shipping country’s import laws and applicable customs fees. In some cases your package may be held at the post office. If this occurs, we’ll inform you as soon as possible so you can go ahead and pick it up. If the package isn’t picked up within the deadline, and thus the package is sent back to us, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will ship it out to you again as soon as it is received.
